Engineered Live Sound

For a normal working band, The guitarist will need the latest flame top and Mesa amp, the drummer must have the new pearl finish toms, the Bassist gets the latest Ampeg combo and the singer will have a SM58...........

But to be heard, the band needs a PA system

A good PA can be extremely expensive and may be the biggest outlay a band will have. Most working bands and artistes carry a PA which allows them to work smaller venues and can be transported in cars, but when work comes in that requires something a bit different and bigger, we can offer a range of solutions. Live sound is the area we excel in whether all required is a better radio mic to a full sound and lighting show. Corporate work is always welcomed.

Key Benefits......

  • All equipment can be supplied with or without engineer to run PA.

  • By involving us, most aspects of the event will be addressed to ensure problem free performance.

  • Bands and artistes need only bring instruments and talent.

Capabilities.......

We have experience with all types of acts from amateur to professional and working in all locations outside and indoors. All equipment provided is fully tested on a regular basis to eliminate running problems and ensure safety and although our approach to work ensures a safe working environment, our company is covered by a comprehensive public liability policy. From soloists to orchestra's, we have solution to your PA problems. When a project is quoted and confirmed, all aspects will be addressed to prevent any problems arising. Our crew are friendly, polite and will endeavour to make any function a success.

Equipment........

We only use equipment proven in the field to be reliable, powerful and able to give a quality sound to any performance. We currently run a 15kw sound system that may be split into smaller systems for flexibility and all may be run from a standard 240v mains supply. We are able to supply up to 80k as long as we have at least a months notice and are able to address the power supply issues large systems create.

Due to demand we also carry a well specified DMX and conventional lighting rig consisting of Par cans and intelligent moving head scans.

The cost of hire is not as expensive considering the value of equipment to be supplied, but depends on criteria such as location and size of venue, amount of equipment that needs to be transported, number of crew required and time scale of event. For most bands playing locally in small venues, our trailer can carry all that we need but for larger shows we use a 3.5 or 7.5 ton lorry. An estimated price can usually be given from the first telephone call.

A list of equipment normally available may be found here
